I can take no credit whatsoever for this idea. But I'm just writing down the texts that Gar-Bear sent me.

Well, this old universe I made with my sister a million years ago involving another race harvesting humans and using their intelligence to make terminators. Basically there was a this black ops group, another alien race allied to humans on outer human colonies, that uncovered the whole harvesting program (that broke treaties) and started a war that accidentally made these human weapons go rouge. They got a particularly awesome civilian girl turned into the ultimate terminator and finally wrapped it all up by killing her in the end. So after a while this particular black ops team are all generals and have retired to being battle cruiser captains. And the general on top starts to impose military rule over smaller colonies and wants to take over earth. But one of these old blackops generals figures it out and tattles to the government. The problem is no one believes him. So he calls up his old alien friend (whose life and troops he saved way back) and asks him to stage an attack on earth so they can evacuate the planet and stabilize earth's government before the crooked general can take over completely.  during the evacuation the crooked general figures out that this general is doing this just to upset him, fires on an evacuation cruiser and declares military law. this starts a civil war with these 5 black ops generals who are escaping with those that were able to evacuate. and of course the aliens have to get involved.

Upon further questioning some categories have opened up to me.
It is between 5000 and 5500 a.d. but time is measured differently, 30000 years since the last universal apocalypse. The new habitable planet year is considered 400 earth days. The apocalypse didn't destroy all man kind but brought everyone back to cave man days. The actual reasons are still open to debate.
All sentient races existed before and no human records show any sign of meeting another one. The races that do have records are paranoid and do not let those records out. During the apocalypse certain engineers from certain races were able to maintain technology in outer space. However, humans for example just gave up and retrogressed.

Humans-
Sirinox- tall and scrawny humanoid

All sentient races are humanoid in form. Why? They are all descendants of the original sentient beings that started the apocalyptic cycle.
